Introduction

Welcome to Glow Forward Lighting! By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our mission is to illuminate your holidays with joy and ease, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a seamless experience.

 

Service and Maintenance

 

  • Contact for Service: For any issues with your holiday lights, please contact one of the following ways to make a service request:

  • Workmanship Guarantee: Our workmanship is guaranteed to perform during the holiday season until January 1st. Please report any issues promptly for standard maintenance, which will be addressed by the end of the next business day.
  • Post-Season Maintenance: Maintenance requests after January 1st will incur a $35 charge plus material costs unless an extended maintenance contract is in place.
  • Exclusions: Failures due to acts of God, weather, vandalism, or non-Glow Forward Lighting products are not covered under standard maintenance. Additional charges apply for non-covered maintenance.

 

Electrical System

 

Glow Forward Lighting is not responsible for your property’s internal wiring. We assume compliance with US standard electrical codes and a 120-volt system. While we install everything within regulation, and do our best to verify your homes capacity, we cannot guarantee that our lighting will not overburden your electrical system.

 

 

Takedown Service

 

  • Free Takedown: Takedown is a complimentary service for residential customers, scheduled between January 2nd and February 15th, weather permitting. No appointment is necessary unless a faster service is requested, which incurs a $99 PRIORITY Service fee.
  • Special Requests: Split takedowns or those after March 30th will be charged 20% of the original labor invoice.

 

Payment Terms

 

  • Payment Due: Full payment is due upon installation completion. Discounts are void if payment is not received within 30 days.
  • Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after 30 days will incur a $50 processing fee and a 3% monthly finance charge. Accounts sent to collections will be charged a 40% fee.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, e-check, (ACH) and credit cards.

 

Storage

 

  • Free Storage:  Lights are property of Glow Forward Lighting and are leased to you the customer, therefore we take care of all storage so you don’t have to worry about the lights

 

Product Warranty

 

  • Warranty Conditions: Warranties are void if lights are installed by another company or left up beyond the season. As the lights belong to Glow Forward Lighting we will take care of all product warranty issues so you don’t have to worry about it

 

Photo Release

 

By using our services, you consent to Glow Forward Lighting using images of your property for promotional purposes, including our dual community initiatives helping single mothers. You grant us the right to modify and use these images in various media. This release is irrevocable and governed by the laws nearest to your address.
