The service
What you get
What is included?
Everything. A custom design with a few options, the lights themselves, the install, service all season, and takedown and storage in January. Once you approve the design, we handle the rest. See Christmas light installation for the full walk-through.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. With our seasonal service the lights stay ours, so you never buy them. That also means you can add to the design, change it or scale it back next year.
Is there a contract?
No multi-year contract. You book one season at a time, and your lights are ready if you want us back next year.
What lights do you use?
Factory-direct LED C9 bulbs in the traditional warm hue: bright, safe and energy-saving. Every run is custom-cut to your roofline, with the cords cut to length and hidden.
How do the lights turn on and off?
Everything runs on one cord, one outlet and one automatic timer. The lights come on at dusk and stay on for 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours, or until dawn, whichever you choose.
What if a new bulb doesn't match the old ones?
LEDs change color and brightness with use. If a replacement does not match perfectly, we replace all the lights on your home, not just the one bulb. That is part of the service.
During the season
If something goes wrong
What happens if I have a problem with my lights?
Call us. Our 5-Star Guarantee means we are there before the end of the next business day to make it right, at no cost to you.
What if the wind knocks them down?
A tech comes out and re-hangs them. We also drive by at night during the season looking for touch-ups, so most get fixed before you notice.
When do the lights come down?
In January. We schedule takedown with you, and we store everything until next season.
Do I need to be home?
No. We work around your schedule, weekdays or weekends, and the whole service can be contactless, from the design to install, payment, service and takedown.

Do you install permanent home lighting?
Yes. It is a slim LED channel fitted once along your roofline, so you never pay for a yearly install again. See permanent holiday lighting.
Can I choose my own colors?
Yes. Permanent lights run from your smartphone: colors, brightness and patterns, down to each individual bulb. For seasonal lights you can pick warm white, cool white, green, red, blue, orange or purple.

Where do you work?
From St. George to Salt Lake City: the St. George area, Hurricane, Cedar City and Kanab in southern Utah, and Lehi, Utah Valley and the Wasatch Front up north. See northern Utah.
When should I book?
September or October gets you the install date you want. Most people want their lights on before Thanksgiving weekend, so November fills up fast.
