Christmas Light Installation
Hanging Christmas lights is a two-day job for most homeowners and a two-hour job for someone who does it for a living. We install commercial-grade lights on homes and businesses across St. George, Hurricane, Cedar City and Kanab, we maintain them through the season, and we take them down and store them when the season is over. You do not buy a ladder, you do not climb a roof in December, and you do not spend a Saturday untangling last year's strands.
How it works
One call, and we handle the rest
Here is what happens after you call, start to finish. It is all included.
1Design
We design it with you
A custom design for your home, with a few options to choose from. Once you approve it, we handle the rest.
2Lights
We bring the lights
Factory-direct LED C9 bulbs in the traditional warm glow: bright, safe and easy on the power bill.
3Install
We fit it to your house
Every run is cut to your roofline and the cords are hidden. One cord, one outlet, one timer: on at dusk, off after 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours, or at dawn.
4Season
We look after it
A bulb out before a party? Call and we fix it. Wind takes a run down? We re-hang it. We also drive by at night to catch touch-ups early.
5January
We take it down
We take everything down in January and store it until next season.
You never buy the lights
They stay ours. Next year you can add to the design, change it or scale it back.
No multi-year contract
Book one season. Your lights are ready if you want us back next year.
Every bulb matches
LEDs shift in color and brightness with use. If a replacement bulb does not match, we replace all the lights on your home, not just the one.

What is included
Every seasonal install is a full-service package:
- Design. We walk the property with you, measure the rooflines, peaks and walkways you want lit, and agree the design before anything is ordered.
- Lights and materials. We supply everything. Commercial-grade C9 and C7 bulbs, mini-lights, wreaths and garland, and the clips, timers and cords to run them. Nothing is stapled or nailed into your fascia.
- Installation. A scheduled install date, done in one visit on most homes.
- In-season service. If a strand goes dark, you call us and we come out and fix it. That is what the 5-Star Guarantee covers.
- Takedown and storage. We come back in January, take everything down, and store it until next season.
How the season actually runs in St. George
The install window here is narrow and it is decided by daylight and by Thanksgiving, not by weather. Most homeowners want lights on before Thanksgiving weekend, which means the useful install window is roughly the first three weeks of November, and it is the same three weeks for every installer in the county.
Booking in September or October is not an upsell line, it is how you get the date you want. That is the whole logic behind the Early Bird discount.
Takedown runs in January. We do not pull lights down the week of New Year unless you ask us to.
Seasonal or permanent
There are two ways to light a house, and they suit different people.
Seasonal is what this page covers: lights up in November, down in January, stored by us, swapped for a different look next year if you want one. Lower cost to start, and a fresh decision every year.
Permanent lighting is a fixed track of color-changing LEDs installed once, under the eave, where it disappears in daylight. It runs from an app and it does Christmas, Halloween, the Fourth of July, game day, and plain warm white the rest of the year. Higher cost to start, nothing to hang or store, ever.
If you are weighing them up, read Permanent Holiday Lighting. A fair number of people start with a seasonal install, like not owning a ladder, and move to permanent the following year.
Where we install
We install from St. George to Salt Lake City. In southern Utah: St. George itself, Washington, Santa Clara, Ivins, Leeds and Hurricane, plus Cedar City and Kanab. In northern Utah: Lehi, Utah Valley, Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Front.
City pages: St. George · Hurricane · Cedar City · Kanab · Lehi
Commercial and event work
Storefronts, HOA entrances, offices and property-managed buildings run on a different schedule than houses do. That work has its own page: Commercial Holiday Lighting. Weddings and one-off events are on Wedding & Event Lighting.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Something else on your mind? Call (435) 357-0411 and ask us.
When should I book?
September or October for a November install. The install window here is effectively the first three weeks of November, and everyone wants the same dates.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. We supply them, we maintain them and we store them between seasons.
What happens if a section goes out in December?
Call us and we come and fix it. In-season service is part of the package, not an extra. See the 5-Star Guarantee.
Will the clips damage my roof or fascia?
No. Everything is hung on clips designed for the gutter, shingle or tile edge it sits on. Nothing is nailed, screwed or stapled into the house.
When do the lights come down?
January. We schedule takedown with you and we handle the storage.
