Commercial Holiday Lighting
A commercial holiday install is not a bigger version of a house. It runs on a different calendar, it answers to a property manager or a board rather than a homeowner, and it has to go up without closing a parking lot or blocking an entrance.
We light storefronts, office buildings, HOA and community entrances, restaurants and event venues from St. George to Salt Lake City — and we handle the part most businesses actually care about, which is that it goes up on the agreed date and comes down on the agreed date without anyone chasing us.
Who this is for
- Retail and restaurants storefront rooflines, window trim, entrance trees. The lights have to be on before the first shopping weekend, not after it.
- Offices and business parks entrance and monument lighting, lobby-visible trim, tenant-facing frontage.
- HOAs and community associations entrance monuments, guard houses, clubhouse, common-area trees. Usually a board decision with a budget cycle, which means the conversation happens in summer, not November.
- Property managers with several sites one contact, one schedule, one invoice across the portfolio.
- Venues see also Wedding & Event Lighting.
How a commercial job runs
- Site walk. We measure the frontage, find the power, and identify anything that needs a lift, a permit or after-hours access.
- Written scope and quote. What gets lit, what color, what it costs, and the install and takedown dates in writing. A board or an owner can approve a document; they cannot approve a conversation.
- Scheduling around trading hours. Most retail work is early-morning or after-close. We agree that before the date is set, not on the day.
- Install.
- In-season service. Something goes dark, you call, we fix it. Commercial frontage is the first thing a customer sees; a dark section is worse than no lights.
- Takedown and storage in January. Off the building, off your books, out of your storage room.
What a property manager needs to know
No damage to the building. Everything is hung on clips sized for the edge it sits on. Nothing is nailed, screwed or drilled into fascia, parapet or masonry without agreeing it first in writing.
One point of contact from quote to takedown.
Permanent lighting for commercial frontage
For a building you own, a permanent system usually makes more sense than a seasonal install repeated forever.
It is installed once, it is invisible in daylight, it runs from a schedule, and it does the corporate colors, the holiday, and plain warm white accent lighting the rest of the year — which is a security and curb-appeal argument as much as a seasonal one.
Book the walk-through
Commercial dates fill first because they are scheduled first. If you need lights on by a specific date, tell us that date.

How it works
One call, and we handle the rest
Here is what happens after you call, start to finish. It is all included.
1Design
We design it with you
A custom design for your home, with a few options to choose from. Once you approve it, we handle the rest.
2Lights
We bring the lights
Factory-direct LED C9 bulbs in the traditional warm glow: bright, safe and easy on the power bill.
3Install
We fit it to your house
Every run is cut to your roofline and the cords are hidden. One cord, one outlet, one timer: on at dusk, off after 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours, or at dawn.
4Season
We look after it
A bulb out before a party? Call and we fix it. Wind takes a run down? We re-hang it. We also drive by at night to catch touch-ups early.
5January
We take it down
We take everything down in January and store it until next season.
You never buy the lights
They stay ours. Next year you can add to the design, change it or scale it back.
No multi-year contract
Book one season. Your lights are ready if you want us back next year.
Every bulb matches
LEDs shift in color and brightness with use. If a replacement bulb does not match, we replace all the lights on your home, not just the one.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Something else on your mind? Call (435) 357-0411 and ask us.
When do you need to hear from us?
For a commercial install, summer or early autumn. HOA boards and multi-site managers work on a budget cycle, and the good install slots are taken by October.
Can you work outside trading hours?
Yes, and for most retail frontage that is the default. Agree the access window when the quote is signed.
Do you handle several properties under one agreement?
Yes — one scope, one schedule, one invoice across the sites.
What happens to the lights in the off-season?
We take them down in January and store them. You do not need a storage room.
Can you match our brand colors?
On a permanent system, yes, precisely. On a seasonal install it depends what bulb colors exist — we will tell you honestly what is achievable before you sign.
