Lehi is a colder job than St. George, and the timing is different
Lehi sits at 4,561 feet in Utah County — about two thousand feet higher than St. George, and it shows in the numbers that matter for an install.
Lehi’s average November low is 25 °F and its average December low is 18 °F. St. George’s are 34.7 °F and 27.9 °F.
Two practical consequences:
The install window closes earlier.
Hanging lights on a frozen roof is slower, more dangerous and harder on the materials. In Lehi the comfortable window is October into the first days of November, and it is genuinely shorter than it is in Washington County.
Takedown is a January problem here in a way it is not down south.
An 18 °F average December low means ice on north-facing rooflines, and takedown gets scheduled around conditions rather than around a date on a calendar.

Commercial and event lighting in Lehi
We also light commercial frontage, offices, HOA and community entrances, and events in the Lehi area. Thanksgiving Point — the Water Tower and Gardens campuses, including Ashton Gardens and the Museum of Ancient Life — is in Lehi, and the kind of venue and event work around it is the same work we do in St. George.

Utah Valley, Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Front
Lehi is our northern city page, and it is not the only place up north we work. We install across Utah Valley, including Provo and Orem, and in Salt Lake City and the rest of the Salt Lake Valley and along the Wasatch Front: the same package, the same earlier booking window, and the same January takedown scheduled around the weather.

Permanent lighting in Lehi
A fixed color-changing channel under the eave, run from an app, invisible in daylight — and, at Lehi’s elevation, the version of this you never have to get on an icy roof for. See permanent lighting in Lehi.

How it works
One call, and we handle the rest
Here is what happens after you call, start to finish. It is all included.
1Design
We design it with you
A custom design for your home, with a few options to choose from. Once you approve it, we handle the rest.
2Lights
We bring the lights
Factory-direct LED C9 bulbs in the traditional warm glow: bright, safe and easy on the power bill.
3Install
We fit it to your house
Every run is cut to your roofline and the cords are hidden. One cord, one outlet, one timer: on at dusk, off after 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours, or at dawn.
4Season
We look after it
A bulb out before a party? Call and we fix it. Wind takes a run down? We re-hang it. We also drive by at night to catch touch-ups early.
5January
We take it down
We take everything down in January and store it until next season.
You never buy the lights
They stay ours. Next year you can add to the design, change it or scale it back.
No multi-year contract
Book one season. Your lights are ready if you want us back next year.
Every bulb matches
LEDs shift in color and brightness with use. If a replacement bulb does not match, we replace all the lights on your home, not just the one.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Something else on your mind? Call (435) 357-0411 and ask us.
When should I book in Lehi?
Earlier than you would further south. The comfortable window is October into the first days of November, because average lows here are already at 25 °F in November.
Does the cold damage the lights?
Not the lights themselves — LED holiday lighting is rated for it. What cold changes is the install: brittle clips, frozen rooflines, and a shorter safe working day.
Do I need a permit for Christmas lights in Lehi?
No. The City does not impose a separate permit on residential holiday lighting.
When is takedown?
January, scheduled around conditions rather than a fixed date — at Lehi’s average December low of 18 °F, an icy north-facing roof is a reason to move a takedown by a few days, not to push on.
Do you work outside Lehi, in Provo, Orem or Salt Lake City?
Yes. We install across Utah Valley and in Salt Lake City and along the Wasatch Front. Send your address with a quote request and we will design and quote it.
Do you do commercial and event work in Lehi too?
Yes — same service, same process. Ask and we will quote it.
