Why Hurricane rooflines suit this well
Hurricane had about 20,036 people at the 2020 Census and much of its recent growth has been newer subdivisions, which in practice means a lot of clean, simple rooflines without the complicated returns, dormers and level changes that make an older house expensive to light.
That matters for permanent lighting specifically. The cost is driven by the length and the complexity of the run, and a straightforward roofline is both cheaper to fit and better-looking when lit, because the line is continuous rather than broken into segments.

Can you see it in daylight?
Barely. The channel is color-matched to the trim and sits under the eave.
Does it handle the wind out here?
Better than a seasonal strand does, because it is mechanically anchored to the fascia rather than clipped onto an edge. That is one of the main practical reasons people out toward Quail Creek ask about it.
Can I run it every night?
Yes, and most owners do — warm white on a dusk timer, with color a few weeks a year.
When can you install it?
Almost any dry month. Spring through October is easier for everyone than November.
What if a section fails?
The LEDs are addressable, so a fault is a section, not the whole run, and it is repairable in place.
